At Aqualogica, we want you to love your glow; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused, seals are intact, and the original packaging is preserved to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within the 7-day window.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the products securely in their original box and upload images of the invoice and the product condition for our team to review and approve.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days.
